I have good news! (It wouldn't really affect anybody, but it's good news for me. Hey, it's my blog :P) What's the news? Sleeping isn't so difficult anymore. I just text/chat in the dark 'til my eyes burn, and I'm off to bed. I sleep around 2 now. That's an hour earlier than last week! PROGRESS, baby!

Oh anyway, songs for tonight are all from the oh-so-sexy Michael Bublé's album Call Me Irresponsible. I swoon over his voice. I own his album!! How did I get it? Well...you guessed it right! I downloaded it. Hehe. *wink* If I were his wife (dream on, i know 8-| ), I would make him sing to me every single night! :"> His voice is LOVE.

Songs of the Morning

Hmmm. I can't sleep. :( This has been my problem for a couple of days now...Weeks, actually. I go to bed around 3 A.M. Why do I do for all my waking hours? I don't know. Time just flies by. Anyway, I can't do anything. So, instead of doing absolutely nothing and rotting here, I'd want to share what I've been listening to. I'm a music freak, yes. :) So, I've been listening to Bryan Adams' Everything I Do (I Do for You) since Anoop Desai sang it on American Idol for Movie Week (He was awesome!!!). Also, Gavin DeGraw just released his album--it's called Free. And I got it for FREE! (thanks to JonWire. You can download lots of cool and up-to-date songs here, just give 'em credit.). hehehe. I got no money to buy the actual albums, so I do what I do best! I download them all! NYAHAHAHA! That's supposed to be an evil laugh. >:) Anyway, here are Imeem versions of the song. I couldn't find good YouTube videos, and Daily Motion and Veoh wouldn't let me view the videos because "it's not available in your country". Yeah, whatever.

Jedi Pirate & Crying Snow White

We attended a kiddie's costume party. The longest kiddie's party I've ever been to. The wedding receptions that were held at the same location as the kiddie's party already ended...but the kiddie's party still continued. I think they played parlor games for 2 hours. Boring..for me. I guess my sibs enjoyed..or not. Take a look at these photos. :)) Oh, btw, it was a costume party. Brother dressed up as a Pirate (he had this sword that had lights and sound effects...kinda like a Jedi's lightsaber!) and Sister went as Snow White (Dad's choice of the Disney Princess). He has a thing for Snow White. :-?? I think they just decided to make costumes yesterday...rushed costumes. :))

Everything was going pretty well. Kids were playing. Then Shoti's lightsaber/sword got busted.


This is him getting rid of the batteries. He actually blamed our Mom, coz she didn't get him new batteries. According to him he asked for new batteries before we left. HE IS SO DEMANDING. HE IS SO CUTE. :))

And then the moment we've all been waiting for...sister started to cry!!! She was tired. So she cried. She didn't even want to fall in line to get the goodies that the hosts were giving out. Yeah, well, I did that for her. :P

After watching kids playing for 2 hours, we finally went home. My sister was crying, and my brother was irritated because my sister was crying. FUN. :))

- Merpeople Song--he has the lyrics inscribed on his brains. He loves the annoying song. Insomnia..because this was our dance song for the Grad Ball presentation, and he was our choreographer a.k.a. Germond-but-only-cheaper! :))

- Honestly, no. He does not have a good singing voice. hahaha! =)) But sure, if you want a good laugh..let him sing. hahaha I am mean. I'm sorry. :(

A Kid's Dilemma

My brother and I recently had a very interesting...yet short...conversation. Last night, I went over to my parents' bedroom and found my 7 year-old brother writing something on a piece of paper. Apparently, he was writing his English and Chinese names (I dunno why though). So anyway, I sat beside him and looked at his massive penmanship. He's seven--still learning to write legibly. Haha

I was just trying to annoy him, really. He gets grumpy really quickly!
Me: Shots, what are you doing?
Brother: Writing. Can't you see? (What a brat. Smack him.)
Me: Shots, I'm going to Manila to study na.
Brother: *looks at me* Why? Who will make my projects now? *sad face*

So, that's his BIG dilemma. What a sweet sweet brother.

The Brown Nose

After a short trip to Manila, I came home and found my little cute cousin with a brown nose. I got her an animal stuffed toy. hehe..

Her cute little button nose turned tomato red...then muddy brown. haha! I loved her white complexion...which is now slightly ruined for the meantime. Poor kid, they didn't put on enough sunblock before swimming.

Nevertheless, I find her adorable still. :)

There's just something about this song that makes me want to listen to it over and over and over...Instead of blogging about something more interesting (like my stay in MNL), I choose to blog about this song. Since I've downloaded it off JonWire, I haven't stopped listening to it. And I have this tendency of listening to one song for the wwwwhhhhoooolllleeeeee day. Seriously, I put the song on loop and don't bother to hit the pause or stop button on my iTunes. This has been the first and last song I listen to for the past week. 7 days. :| I don't think I am relating to the song as of now...since I don't have a lovelife. haha! Leaving On a Jet Plane...

...I know when I'll be back again! It's not really like the song since I know exactly when I'll back. Coincidentally, Leaving On a Jet Plane really is playing as I type this! hahaha!

Yes, I will be leaving for Manila (oo, Manila pa lang hahaha) this afternoon. I was surprised to find out that Dad bought a PAL ticket instead of Cebu Pacific. He's stingy--no, thrifty. hahaha! I can stand the stone-like Cebu Pacific seats for 2 hours. Kidding. Also, it's my first time to not take the first flight in the morning. Usually, whenever I leave for Manila, I'd be up at around 3 AM coz my flight would be at 5 am! So imagine how happy I was to find out that I'd be on an afternoon flight. I know..I know..shallow. :|

So anyway, I'll be staying with Aco for the next 5 days. No internet connection. I can feel myself getting weaker already. :(( But I think I'll be out most of the time so I won't have to suffer THAT much. Yes, I can't live without internet. No cable is fine. No internet is not. It's not a matter of WANT anymore, but a matter of NEED. NEED. NEED. No, I'm not exaggerating. Well, I have to get over the no-net-for-5-days dilemma. It's either I leave the comfort of my aunt's place to go to some internet place, or stay at home. I won't be home most of the time (at least I hope not), so I think I can handle it.

I feel that it's going to be a pretty busy 5-day trip for me. Busy but fun. Yay! Oh... Except for one thing...I have to get through that UST interview. Wish me luck! I have to go to college. Haha!

I'm not done packing yet (just the toiletries. Clothes and others are in the bag already!). Gotta go. *waves* See you again in 5 days. I know (hoping) that I have lots to post about. Hehe.
